I have a pencil sharpener that is just a little plane. I am quite fond of this sharpener. The problems I have with sharpeners is that when the lead gets stuck in the blades it's a pain to get it out.I either need to get a thin object and force it out or whittle away at it. There are also other sharpener, other than the manual at least. One example is the one where you have to crank it to sharpen the pencil, I quite like that.There is only one type of sharpener I have not tried yet and that is the automatic ones. I heard these were in schools and were needed to be bolted down, because of people stealing it.
