Can't run, won't run

My PC is very low end, though I don't feel like I need to upgrade to a better, I don't know "device". Clearly I don't know these things, because I'm more of a console guy. There are a lot of new games on the market, but I can't play them. I feel so empty. Well maybe not that empty ,because of how great a RTS Warcraft is. Starcraft would be great and maybe some Diablo. I quite like Blizzard, but there is one game that I would love to play and that is Skyrim. I am a huge RPG fan. Especially a open world RPG. Skyrim is just so beautiful, plus there are also dragons which is a huge upside, I mean who doesn't love dragons
